UK Tides is committed to protecting your privacy.

• When you grant permission, we access your device location to show nearby tide stations

• Location data is processed locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers

• You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings

• Tide stations you mark as favorites are stored locally on your device

• Email address: Used for subscription management and device verification

• Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored on your device to manage your subscription

• Payment information: Processed by Stripe (our payment provider) - we do not store credit card details

• Display nearby tide stations (location)

• Remember your favorite stations

• Manage your subscription and device access

• Send subscription-related emails (verification, renewal reminders)

• Sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

• Track your browsing behavior

• Use your data for purposes beyond the app's core functionality

• Favorites and device ID: Stored locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage/IndexedDB)

• Subscription data: Stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore (UK/Europe region)

• Data retention: Subscription data deleted 30 days after cancellation

• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe Privacy Policy)

• Google Cloud/Firebase: Data hosting and cloud functions

• Admiralty API: Tide predictions (no personal data shared)

• Access your subscription data

• Request deletion of your data

• Revoke location permissions

• Cancel your subscription at any time
